High School: 2001 graduate of Mililani High School.  Earned 3 letters in cross-country and track & field.  Placed 18th in State Cross Country Meet.  Placed 2nd in the 800m in State Track & Field Meet. 

Personal: Born on March 1, 1983 in Honolulu, Hawaii.  Parents are Edwin and Carol Kamikawa of Mililani, Hawaii.  Has one brother and one sister.  Enjoys playing basketball, soccer and other sports.
2001-Freshman: Ran season best of 27:06 in the 8K at Willamette Invitational and 36:18 in the 10K at the NCAA West Region Championships in Bellingham, WA.  Was consistently one of top 3 on the team but missed the PacWest and Hawaii DII championships due to his sister's wedding.  Also, broke in the Chaminade All-Time top 10 list in the 8K.

2002: Medical Redshirt

2003-Sophomore: Ran a season best 28:22 for the 8K at the Willamette Invitational and a 37:03 for the 10K at the NCAA West Region Championships in Chino, CA in limited racing during the season.  Still nursing his previous year's injuries.

2004-Junior: Ran a season best 27:42 in the 8K at the Willamette Invitational, then was lost due to a stress fracture.
